Another release! pYIN v1.1

This is cheating a bit, because pYIN is also part of the recent Tony v1.0 release and this is simply a case of packaging it separately, but hey.

Here’s the v1.1 release of pYIN, a Vamp plugin for monophonic note and pitch tracking from audio—an enhancement of the YIN algorithm for fundamental frequency estimation. Matthias Mauch did all the work, I just packaged it.
